Can I return or exchange a wig?Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email or SMS.First, check your email spam folder to see if it's there; if it's not there, Double-check your email address to ensure you input the correct email address. If you didn't receive SMS confirmation, double-check your phone number to ensure you input the correct number. If none of that works, send us an email with your proof of payment and we will get back to you.

Do you offer international shipping?Yes! We ship both within the U.S. and internationally.

How long will it take to receive my wig?In-store ready wigs qualify for next-day delivery, excluding Sundays. Custom wigs take 4 to 5 weeks to process.

How do I track my order?Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Can I customize a wig?Yes! We accept custom orders. You can DM us on Instagram or email us at kamlynbeautyusa@gmail.com with your preferred style, color, and length.

Can I wear the wig glueless?Yes, you can. All our full wigs can be worn glueless. They come with an adjustable elastic strap band and four combs to hold them perfectly in place.
